<br />for special use permit and variance to parking requirement,
<br />floor area ratio, minimLUn Iot area and minimum �laor area o� one
<br />bedroom imits at 1Q45 Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the
<br />�ollowing conditions:
<br />I. That the d.evelopment be constructed according to the plans
<br />dated May 6, 1976
<br />2a That if needed, add.itional parking facilities shall be
<br />constructed by the owner as ordered by the City
