Organizational Business <br /> <br />.c:- 1 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Tuition Reimbursement Policy, be <br />approved, with the condition that the policy be modified to include a provision for <br />an employee to reimburse the City if a they leave City employment within six <br />months of completing the course. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, to establish February 22,1999 at 4:30 p.m. as the <br />deadline for accepting applications for the Planning Commission and the Police <br />Civil Service Commission and establishing a special Council Work Session based <br />on City Council members' availability, at Roseville City Hall for the purpose of <br />interviewing Commission applicants. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the Focus Newspaper be designated as the <br />legal newspaper for the City of Roseville for 1999. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski <br />and Wall. Nays: Goedeke and Mastel. <br /> <br />E-4 <br /> <br />Mr. Keith Wietecki, Chairperson of the City Center Task Force, reported on the <br />Task Force Activities. <br /> <br />F.
