Reports And Recommendations <br /> <br />(;-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that staff be directed to incorporate the Lexington <br />Planning Commission three step process and "park complimentary" land use Avenue/County <br />listing into the design of the park to be done by the Park and Recreation staff and Road B <br />RFP consultants, noting that (future synergistic uses within the plaza area, should (PF3076) <br />be extended in the planning process until after the neighborhood park planning <br />and the design and the "public plaza/complimentary uses developer feasibility <br />study" are completed, and to direct staff to hire a consultant to prepare, distribute <br />to developers and review candidates for: A Request "Park Complimentary Uses" <br />Design and Financial Feasibility Study. Funding (up to $8,000.00) shall come from <br />1999 budgeted Community Development Professional Services funds. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Master Plan for the Waterworks/ <br />Waterworks/Cemetery property, as recommended by Brauer and Associates be Cemetery <br />approved and to authorize the Citizens Sub-Committee to study the 1) process for Property <br />environmental restoration, 2) the use of parts of this area for offleash pets, 3) the <br />use of bicycles off the main trail, 4) location of future parking areas and 5) the <br />naming of the park and to make their recommendations to the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission and subsequently the City council for final approval. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />u-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to sign the Langton Lake <br />easements for the trail at Langton lake Park and to authorize the payment of Trail Easements <br />$1,500.00 to Minnesota Industrial Venture LLC, with the money to be taken from <br />the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Fund-Langton Lake Park Development <br />budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H. Recognitions & Announcements <br /> <br />H -1 Matt Dittbenner, a member of Boy Scout Troop 31, was recognized for organizing Eagle Scout <br />a group to install and maintain smoke detectors in the homes of Roseville senior Project <br />citizens for his Eagle Scout Project. <br /> <br />I. Hearings <br /> <br />J. land Use <br /> <br />J-l Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution No. 9633, approving a conditional Resolution 9633 <br />use permit to allow construction of a 968 sJ. detached accessory building at 2330 (PF3095) <br />Auerbach Avenue North, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and <br />Wall. Nays: None. <br />
