<br />City Council Minutes - 02/22/99 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />J-2 Wiski moved, that a variance be approved to allow a second free-standing Resolution 9634 <br />monument church sign at 910 County Road D, due to the unique physical (PF3097) <br />situation, with the condition that the signs be limited to 50 sJ. each and that they <br />be set back 15 feet. There was no second, motion failed. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wall seconded, that Resolution No. 9634, denying a variance to <br />allow a second free standing monument church sign at Lutheran Church of the <br />Resurrection, 910 County Road D, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, <br />and Wall. Nays: Mastel. <br /> <br />J-3 Wiski moved, Wall seconded, that a Resolution, approving the Lyndale Garden Lyndale Garden <br />Center and Capital City Investments LLP request for a conditional use permit to Center <br />allow construction of an outdoor display/sales/and storage area of 14,000 to (PF3096) <br />18,000 sJ.; 225 lineal feet of display trellis and approval of a 2 foot height variance <br />for a security and wrought iron safety fence, subject to completion of a certificate <br />of survey to identify right-of-way and property lines, and with display space <br />available to the fence line, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski and Wall. Nays: <br />Maschka and Mastel. Motion failed. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Lyndale Garden Center and Capital City <br />Investments LLP request for a conditional use permit to allow construction of an <br />outdoor display/sales/and storage area of 14,000 to 18,000 sJ. and approval of a 2 <br />foot height variance for a security and wrought iron safety fence, be continued to <br />the March 22, 1999 Council Meeting, to have additional review of congestion, <br />vehicle stacking and fire/public safety access, with the intent to formally extend <br />the timeline for review at the March 8, 1999 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K Ordinances and Resolutions <br /> <br />L.
