Since that time, the plans have contznWed to be reviewed and some alterations are recorr�ended. They are: 1) To add a 10" surge--re�ease line and surge-release va7v� �a � assist.in maintainzng uniform pressures thro�ghout the system and minimize the possi�-�li�ies of extreme fluctuatians in the system. 2} M�ve t4VD wali louvers f7•om the east wal] ta �he south wall of the buildir�g to minimize ihe noise from the motors, an� be a better neighbor �t� the reszder�ts in the area. 3) Substiiute a 24" tee and plug for a 24" �i6o� on the discharg� header which wou�d allo�r us to r�ake a gravity� conneciion to the S�. Pau7 reser- voir and coniinu� to op�rate the station even if sabotage should occur vn some of the other iines. 4) 4dd a vacuum brealcer to ihe �rral l hydrant i r� coinp] i ance wi th regulation� of the State. These additions and alterations to work have been comp�led -in a change order identified as Cf�ange Order Na. 2 a�d carries a cost of �17,205.00. �They i�ave been reviewed �y the consulting �irm handling this project-and �he c�ty staff and f�und to be praper.
