Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 2011 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on February 14, 2011, for the 2011 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project, Michels Corporation of Brownsville, Wisconsin, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this contract. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on February 27, 2012. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and and the following voted against the same: .
