<br />E-l Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9650, correcting the legal Resolution 9650
<br />description and vacating a portion of County Road D, in connection with the 3116 Fairview Av
<br />proposed redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North, be adopted. Roll Call, (PF3092)
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka, because
<br />he may lease space in the proposed building.

<br />G. Reports And Recommendations

<br />G-l Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Forest Lake Contracting, Incorporated TH 36/Dale St
<br />request for a variance to City Ordinance No. 405.03D to conduct construction Construction
<br />work on the Dale Street Bridge project up to 24 hours daily, be approved with the Work Hours
<br />condition that the City Council may revoke this approval at any time for
<br />excessive and/or noise of long duration. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9651, awarding bid for 1999 Resolution 9651
<br />PMP Contract A: Segments 1, 2 & 3 in the amount of $1,466,935.19 to Central Award of Bid
<br />Landscaping of Forest Lake, Minnesota, be adopted with the provision that 1999 PMP
<br />Segment 3 is contingent on the final execution of the financing agreement. Roll Contract A
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H. Recognitions & Announcements
<br />
<br />H-l Mastel announced the 1999 North Suburban Gavel Leadership Award winners: North Suburban
<br />Carmen Bell, Florence Carr, Marilyn Hendricks, Thomas Houck, Bruce Howard, Gavel Club
<br />Terry Iverson, Gale Pederson, Wally Northrup and Lorraine Schauer. Kelly Award Winners
<br />Ridge and Jason Ciernia were the youth recipients.

<br />I-I Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the City Council recommends approval Lake Owasso
<br />of the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for permit from the Safe Boating
<br />Ramsey County Sheriff to place water ski course and water ski jump on Lake Water Ski
<br />Owasso for 1999. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Course/Jump
<br />Nays: None.
