<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9652, denying the request to
<br />vacate a portion of certain drainage and utility easements in connection with
<br />rerouting of utility lines for a proposed Cub Food Store, Har Mar Mall (2100
<br />Snelling Avenue North), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Wall seconded, that a Resolution approving the request for a
<br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment at 2555 and 2561 Victoria Street North to
<br />change the future land use designation of both parcels to High Density
<br />Residential, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski and Wall. Nays: Maschka, Mastel
<br />and Goedeke. Motion fails.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the concept development plan for a
<br />mixed use planned unit development including the existing Prince of Peace
<br />Lutheran Church, a 56-unit three-story senior housing building, and an off-
<br />street parking area, be denied on the basis that it would be inconsistent with the
<br />Comprehensive Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and
<br />Wall. Nays: None

<br />Sale Promotion at 1170 County Road B West, with set-up to occur from three to Garage Sale
<br />six days prior to the sale and approve outside storage of sales materials for this (PF3074)
<br />time period, with no parking on the north side of County Road B during sale
<br />hours: Spring Sale: Wednesday, May 19 through Sunday, May 23, 1999 with
<br />maximum hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., and that the 1999 Fall YMCA Sale
<br />Promotion at 1170 County Road B West, with set-up to occur from three to six
<br />days prior to the sale and approve outside storage of sales materials for this time
<br />period, with no parking on the north side of County Road B during sale hours:

<br />plan for a mixed planned unit development that allows the construction of an Cryogenic Labs
<br />8,417 sJ. addition to the existing 4,000 sJ. office, retail and warehouse structure (PF3077)
<br />at the northeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn, be continued to the
<br />meeting of May 10, 1999. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
