Tne attached sketch loca�tes the subject property in <br />re�erence to Pdancy Place and Sherren Street. <br />2. A copy of the preliminary plat is attached and described there�n <br />is the Iocatior� of five proposed lots of tr�ao blocks. The three <br />lots nor�h of Sherren 5treet provide for an average lot size of <br />9,687 square feet while the two re�aininy lots south of Sherren <br />and �rrest af l�ancy Place provide far an average lat area of 1Q,760 <br />square -Feet. <br />3_ Though the lot areas are less tnan the �1,000 square feet star�dard, <br />the lots are consistent with �ot sizes in the area and with those <br />previous1y approved in recent�fy approved subdivisions on 'th�s street <br />improvement projec�. <br />4.
