<br />E. Items Removed from Consent Agenda

<br />E-1 (formerly D-2) Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that citizens of Roseville be Community
<br />encouraged to join together on June 24, 1999, to hear how the City has Emergency
<br />prepared for emergencies and to gain information on how they can better Readiness
<br />ready their homes for potential weather and Y2K emergencies. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 (formerly D-3) Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that ABWA Lady Slipper ABWA Lady
<br />Chapter request for renewal of their premises permit to conduct charitable Slipper Chapter
<br />gambling activities at 2555 Snelling Avenue North, be approved. Roll Call, Gambling License
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />F. Organizational Business
<br />
<br />F-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the 1999 Standing Rules of Standing Rules
<br />Procedure be approved, with the exception of Rule 14, which will be referred Of Procedure
<br />to a future work session for consideration. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G. Reports And Recommendations
<br />
<br />G-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded that Resolution 9656, approving Traffic Resolution 9656
<br />Control Signal Agreement No. 78841R for the construction and operation of Traffic Signal
<br />a new signal on County Road B2 at the East Snelling Avenue ramp, be Agreement
<br />adopted and to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreement Co Rd B2jSnelling
<br />on behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Project M-99-16, pathway Ordering Project
<br />construction along Larpenteur Avenue from Galtier Street to McCarron's Hill M-99-16
<br />Shopping Center, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Pathway Work
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-3 (formerly J-3)
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the proposed Amendment to the City Center
<br />Comprehensive Plan to create a new Land Use District and to establish the Comprehensive
<br />Land Use Boundary (City Center District), be continued to the regular City Amendment
<br />Council meeting oOuly 26, 1999. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, (PF3119)
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-1 Recognition of Robert C. Bell's distinguished service to the City of Roseville, Robert C. Bell
<br />will be continued to the June 14, 1999 City Council meeting.
