Hearings <br /> <br />1-1 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Prime Investments, Incorporated, dba liquor license <br />Denny's Restaurant application for an On-Sale Wine License and Non- Prime Investment <br />Intoxicating Malt Beverage License at 1880 West Perimeter Drive, be Denny's Restaura <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />J. land Use <br /> <br />J-l Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Seth Eggessa request for a lot width Seth Eggessa <br />and lot area variance at 1992 Cleveland Avenue, be continued to June 29, Variance <br />1999 City Council meeting (or earlier, if possible). Mr. Eggessa approved a 30 (PF3118) <br />day extension from June 28 to July 28, 1999. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />J-2 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the PUD agreement, subject to City Ordinance 1222 <br />Attorney final review and approval, be approved, and to authorize the Mayor, Speedway <br />City Manager and appropriate staff to sign the agreement when the review is SuperAmerica <br />complete. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: (PF3073) <br />None. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1222, amending the City of <br />Roseville Zoning Map from "B-3" General Business District to B-PUD, a <br />business based planned unit development, for the SuperAmerica property <br />located at 2785 Hamline Avenue North, be adopted, subject to final review of <br />all documents by the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />J-3 Moved to G-3 <br />
