<br />~SI3VH:ffi <br />City Council Minutes <br />Special Meeting of December 15, 1999 <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:00 p.m. <br />present (voting order): Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Roll Call <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />A. Communications and Public Comment <br /> <br />B. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded that Items C-1 & C-2 be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and <br />Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-1 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that a one year agreement with <br />Berkley Risk Administrators Company, LLC, for workers <br />compensation claims administration be approved, and authorizing <br />the City Manager, upon affirmative review by the City Attorney, to <br />sign a contract for the year 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the proposal of Kern, <br />DeWenter, Viere, Ltd. to be the City's outside auditor for the fiscal <br />year of 1999, 2000 and 2001, at a total, not to exceed cost of <br />$44,000, be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, <br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> <br />E. Organizational Business <br /> <br />E-1 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the request to cancel the <br />December 20, 1999 City Council work session, be approved.
