Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />C-l Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular Minutes <br />meeting of May 24, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D. Consent Agenda <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that items D-l and D-5 be approved. Consent <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. Agenda <br /> <br />D-l Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be Dellwood Street <br />authorized to sign an agreement between Independent School District No. Financing <br />623, Grace Church and the City of Roseville to construct improvements on Agreement <br />the vacated Dellwood Street right-of-way. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka <br />and Wall.
