<br />E-1 (formerly D-2) Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City of Woodlyn Avenue
<br />Roseville request to construct a sump manhole in lieu of the originally Pond Financing
<br />planned Woodlyn Avenue Ponds, if easements are not secured by, June 30, Agreement
<br />1999, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-2 (formerly D-3) Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the 1999 Sanitary Award of Bid
<br />Sewer Budget be amended by $674.08 and that the low bid from Cummins Portable Emergency
<br />North Central, Incorporated in the amount of $24,690.96, for the purchase Generator Set
<br />of a portable emergency generator set, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the new park on the Naming of
<br />Waterworks/Cemetery land be named Reservoir Woods, subject to Park land
<br />Ramsey County Board approval. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the City Manager to enter Agreement for
<br />into an agreement for Roseville Parks and Recreation to provide, by Afterschool
<br />contract, after school and non-school day recreation programming for the Recreation Services
<br />new Charter School. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />into an agreement for beverage services for Parks and Recreation facilities Beverage

<br />bid of Central Landscape Company in the amount of $729,380.75 for: 1) 1999 PIP

<br />Hills Park, including all alternates, except #5, 3) the improvements of two
<br />ballfields with fencing and utility work at Central Park Lexington, 4) the
