These cond�tians are intenc�ed to <br />cover the use of the �ar�d to the north of the Zot previously proposed <br />to be rezoned in a manner so as to disallow construction of a buiiding <br />fln the res�dential lot, but the developmen� of a dr�veway oniy. The <br />conditions al�otiv the opiion af t}�e hause remaininp on the pro�erty to <br />be contin�ed to use far res�derttzal �urposes in which case the driveu�ray <br />wiil be constructed to the north of the hnuse as -ii current3y ex.�sts. <br />In any case, the sot�therly half of th� 7ot is required ta rec�ain intact <br />i��ith existing grade and trees. <br />3.
