Incorparation by Re�erence. <br />Unless otherwisc provided herein, Minn_ Stat. <br />1974 �� 84.81 ta 84.90, znclusive, and the <br />�R�gulations of the Minnes�ta Comanissioner of <br />� Natural Resources, Reg. N.R. 51 to 59� zn-- <br />clusive, official copzes af which are on file <br />in the office of the City Manager, are hereby <br />adopted and i�corporat�d herein by reference <br />for the purpose of prescribing regulations <br />for the ope�-ation of snowmobiles within the <br />Ci�.y o� Roseviile. Whenev�r reference is <br />made in this Ordinance to these statutes and <br />regu�ations, such re�erence shall inc�ude all <br />sulosequerit amendments thereto. <br />e� <br />9Q.020. Limitation of O era�ion. Excep� <br />�or loading or unl.oading, no person shall operate <br />a snornrmabile within the City of Raseville in any <br />of �he following places: <br />(�) With�n one hundred fifty (I50) feet <br />of any residentia� building. <br />( 2) On pxivate property r,vhere l awful per- <br />mission has not be�n obtazned. <br />(3} On publzc streets, boulevards and any <br />�other pub�ic place, except where such snowmobiie <br />� route has been designa'ted by �the City for such u5e. <br />� 90.030. Hours of Operation. No person <br />shall operate a sno�rmobzle in the Ci�y o� <br />Rosevil.le, between the haurs o� I�:OQ p.m. <br />
