Speed. No person shall op�rate <br />a snowmab�le in the City o� Roseville, at a <br />�� speed �n excESS of Zimits specifica�ly posted <br />� for such use or at a speed in excess of 15 <br />miles per hou� within 150 feet of any fisher- <br />man, fish house, pedestrian, skier, skater, <br />skating rink, sliding area, ski tow ar�a or <br />�ther area where such opera�ion would conflict <br />with ar endanger other pe�sons or property. <br />L <br />90.050. Tow Bars. No person shall <br />aperate a snowmobile so as to tow any person, <br />sled or other conveyance except by the use o£ <br />a rigid tow bar at-�ached to the rear of such <br />snowmobile. Persons towing disabled snowmobiles <br />shall be exempt. <br />90.060. Mandatory Lights. No person shazl <br />operate a snowmobile unless such vehicle is <br />equipped with a head lighi and tail �ight that <br />are illuminated at aZ1 times during such opera- <br />tion. Snowmobi�es equipped with an eng�ne o� <br />five (5) horsepower dr less shall be exempt. <br />90.070_ Manda�ory Pennant. No persan <br />shall operate a snowmobile unless such vehicle <br />is equzpped with a red or orange blaze pennant <br />fiag af a� least fort_y (40) square inches in <br />area and disp�ayed at a height of not less than <br />five (5) �eet abov� the t�eadway. <br />90.08p_ Penalties. Any persons who shaZl <br />violate any of the proviszans of this Ordznance, <br />including the statutes and regulations incor- <br />porated by Section 90.010 herepf, sha11 be guil�y <br />o� a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine <br />of not more than $300.a0 or by imprisonment for <br />not more tha.ri 9 0 days , or both . <br />zz. <br />Sections 90.090 and 90.100 of the City Code of <br />the City of Roseville are hereby repealed_ <br />-- 2 - <br />
