Kroiss' request for preliminary plat "White Oak Hil1s l�a. 2". The Council at its Octobex b, 1975, meeting aJ.so approved the preliminary plat. The final plat has been continued from several. CoLmcil meetzngs because the hard shells had not been received. At the t�mme o� the preliminary �J.at hearing, consiclerable discussion occured cancerna.ng the need to re-establzsh the drainage ditch along Gleveland Avenue and place sod in it to mini_mize erosion. Sa.rn Cave agreed to sod the d�tch across the parcels he was developing and tha� has been completed. P.�r. Cave in£ornied ihe Public Works Director that A'�r. Kroiss had stopped the sod �nan from gaing across the Wh-ite Oak Hills No. Z site because the slopes taere not prepaxed. �to days later, snaw and freezing weather arrived and ended sod �voxk for the 1975 season. There is currently no exaszon protection in place in this p�rtion of the dztch. The final plat hard shell_s have been received and have been reviewed by the Fublxc Works Director. The hard shells are in order and incl.ude a reconfigura- tion of the sma11 pond. at the southwes-� corner of the p�.at as requested by the Public Warks Directox. The reconfiguration wa.s necessary because R4x. Kroiss filled more of the pond than he had been authorized t�der the provisions of his original fxll permit. Because of the new shape o� the pond, A�.
