You wili recall that �r. Kroiss recenily p7atted the property <br />immed��tely no�th of the property 7n ques�ian inta nine single family <br />lo�s (Whi�e OaK` Hills). At that time the remaining property to the <br />south (the property in question� was applied for rezoning from R-3A <br />(multip�e family) �a I�� (lig�� industrialj. 7his request was turned <br />down by the City due principally to the potentia� encroachmen� of <br />industrial zoning on this and CO��1gUDUS properties, and probl�ms of <br />access to fut�re contiguous properties. <br />2. At this t�me �4r. Kroiss proposes to develop the subj�ct property w�th <br />duplexes rather than as apartments as currently zoned. For this pur�ose, <br />the applicant has filed a pre1iminary pIat which consists of twelve (12j <br />3ots fronting on praposed Srenner Avenue as shawn on the sketch at t�e <br />ie�t. The app7icant wo�ld have preferred to deveiop the property with <br />a simple cu�-de-sac, but �as agreed to extend the stree� ta the easterly <br />property lin� so as to provide future access to the property to the east <br />as s�ggested by the Ci�y staff. <br />3.
