These recommendations have`been incorporated into ihe aQplicant's development plans. LANDSCAPE AND PLANTING PLAN 1. The app7icant has prepared a large scale planting plan dealing specificaTly �vith t�e park area to be dedicated indicating tree areas to be preserved, c�rading in areas nat nati,r with tree cover, areas where trees are to be moved, and additiona1 cani-Ferous irees -ta be planted by the ap�7icant along the periphery far screen:ing purposes. 7his larger scale drawing deiineates in a mflre de�x-�itive way the hand7ing of the park area and its relationship to the proposed grading and screening. In all cases, . emphasis is placed on the re�ention of existing tree growth for purposes of maintain�ng the aesthetic quality of �he park and the lake area, and providing a na�ural screen to the industrial areas beyond.
