The app7icant has prepared a large scale planting plan dealing <br />specificaTly �vith t�e park area to be dedicated indicating <br />tree areas to be preserved, c�rading in areas nat nati,r with tree <br />cover, areas where trees are to be moved, and additiona1 <br />cani-Ferous irees -ta be planted by the ap�7icant along the periphery <br />far screen:ing purposes. 7his larger scale drawing deiineates in <br />a mflre de�x-�itive way the hand7ing of the park area and its <br />relationship to the proposed grading and screening. In all cases, <br />. emphasis is placed on the re�ention of existing tree growth for <br />purposes of maintain�ng the aesthetic quality of �he park and the <br />lake area, and providing a na�ural screen to the industrial areas <br />beyond. <br />CONDI7IONS <br />�.. 4Je suggest that the Planning Commission and Council give seriaus <br />cans�deration to positive action on the application as proposed. <br />The proposa1 i�as been extensively reviewed 6y the staff and also <br />reviewed by a delegation af neighbors two weeks ago. A thorough <br />review of tne proposal at t�te pres�n�ation the development documents <br />at the hearing is strongiy recommended. Additional suggest�ons far <br />improvement may result from the hearing itself. <br />2.
