With the short breaching, develaped by the construction, the engineer decided f� would create fumes in the building if we Ieft it this way. We m�st insta�l the water heater flue directly in the stack. Item No. 77 $299.60 Increase roof guarantee frpm 5 years to 14 years. The staff felt this cost was very reasonable far this guarantee.
