<br />Regular Meeting of August 9, 1999

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:30 p.m.
<br />present (voting order) : Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall Roll Call

<br />A. Communications and Public Comment
<br />
<br />A-I Mary Bakeman, 1178 County Road B West, requested a clarification of
<br />whether this meeting will adjourn before or after item M-1.

<br />B. Approval of Minutes
<br />
<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Minutes
<br />July 26,1999, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka & Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C. Consent Agenda
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that items C-2 through C-4 be Consent
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall. Nays: Agenda
<br />None.

<br />C-l Item moved to D-1.
<br />
<br />C-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a special meeting of the City Special City Council
<br />Council be established for Monday, September 20, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. to Meeting 9/20/99
<br />canvass the primary election returns and declare the results. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that St. Rose of Lima, 2048 Hamline 51. Rose of Lima
<br />Avenue North, request for a temporary on-sale liquor license for October Temporary On-sale
<br />17, 1999, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka Liquor License
<br />& Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-4 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the following bills and total Approval of
<br />amounts be approved: Bills
