<br />receiving the feasibility report and scheduling public improvement larpenteur Avenue
<br />hearings for City Project P-SW-99-14 for August 23,1999 at 7:15 p.m., be Streetscape &
<br />adopted, subject to the condition that the City of St. Paul be notified. Roll Reconstruction
