You w�li no�e in Paragraph 2 of �is report, that he indicate5 the need to replace the electrical system, F�eating plant, p�umbing sysiem, replace the exterior windows and gut�ers, etc. �f'he d�,�el7ing is obvious7y in the vicinity of 50 years oid and comes from a r�eighborhood likely older than that. The home has a�uminum siding and a firep�ace. In view af the extensive effart and �nvestment needed to mave �he home and br�ng it up Code as painted out by the Building Inspector, one wonders at the econamic viabi�ity of moving such a home to a good quality residential 1ot as is propdsed in '�itl5 case. 4.
