This shift in the Iocation af the c�l-de-sac assists in accorr�modating a twelve (�2) foot easement, which if included in the plat, wou�d pravide publi� access around this portio� of th� "SWeeney Pond"e �: rthe resulting square footage of each of the �ats is indicated on�the attached p1an. the minimum squar� footage for such lots in th� City of Roseville Zoning Ordinance is eleven thousand (11,004} square feet. Lacking the abzlity_ to buy, the Ci�y may well wish to consider means nf maintainirrg ihe nat�ral aesthetic quality and ecology of the �ondfng area as it � ; exists today. 7he plat submitt�d by Mr. Sw�eney indicates a dedicatzon for s�vr� water purposes �y the inc�usion of an easer��nt aiong the }�igh water izne.
