The existzng city code contains a section titled "Use of Parks and Playgrounds", <br />As part of this sect�an, the Parks Director is authorized �o designate areas in <br />the parks for the orpexation of motor vehicles. Tf the Council decides to consider <br />the model ordinance, this Sectian should also be xevie�Jed since it is nat part of <br />the sna�rvmobile oxdinance and would nat be xepealed if the model ordinance were <br />ad.opted. <br />The Co�ci1 anay desire to consid.er one of the following alternative action.s; <br />1. Instruct the City Attorney to prepare the model ordinanc� in its final form <br />for Counci]. cansideration at a�utuxe mee�ing. The Counczl may desire to <br />consider it at a pubZic hearing which may be pul��ished in the newspaper. <br />2. Cantinue the matter tm�Cil after the £irsi of the y�ar. <br />3.
