The <br />design of th�s bui�ding is so specifically oriented iowards occupancy <br />by the elderly that we question whether this is a matter of serious <br />concern. f�o other apartments in Roseville are so restricted. The <br />Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e has i n fact ap�l i ed al ong wi ti� approxi mately -�cv�� ve <br />ather r�etrop�itan communities to the Me�ropoiitan Council for <br />approval of 74 Subsidized Rental Housing Units in the City of <br />Roseville. This provides for subsidies in existing apartment <br />buildingsfor persons from the City requ�ring such assistance. <br />� <br />
