SUBJ�CT: Mobile Home Court Dis�rict The following is a draffi of a suggested amendment adding a Mo6ile Home Court District (R-8) to fhe Roseville Zoning Ordinance. This wovld require rezoning for a proposed expansion or redevelopment oF an existing court, and i-he approval of deve[opment plar�s by the Specia� Use Permif process (�1�e same as PkJD`s are handled now). The Ordinance includes descripiion of plans required and deve�opment standards. The standards suggested in the arnendmenf are not as high as normai to �he industry for quality rr�o6ile home courts, bvt are suggesfed reasonable for the �imited site currently in question. The minimum standards met in the revised pfan of the Klucsar site are indicated in parenfhesis after each sfiandard recomrr�ended so a5 fio aid the Commission in comparing tHe propased standarc! with the current proposal. We suggesf the Commissiar� cprefully review the suggested text for consideration at a subsequeni Planning Commission rr�eeting. The fina{ text should, of course, be su�ject to legai review and recommendai-ion.
