"R--8" MOBILE HOME CQURT D�S�'RIC7 <br />Permii�fec! Uses in Mobile Home Court Districts. Permitted �ses in the "�t-8" District are: <br />(1) Mabi ke Home Cauris; <br />{a) Genera! Provision: <br />1. No mabile home for residentia! purposes shalf be permitted on any <br />sife within the City of Rosevilie unless said sife is part of a previausly <br />approved mobile home court served by utilities as �'equired by s�ate <br />law, and such land has been, prior to pas5age of this Ordinance, <br />special[y developed for the pfacement of mobile homes. <br />2. Mobile homes shall conforrrs to all state regulations, local building <br />and fire codes. <br />(b) Site Plan Requirements: <br />The devel�pmen� of new mobile home courts and/or the expansian of existing <br />mobile home couris shali require i-he preparation of complei-e development <br />plans. The approval of develapment �lans shall be in accordanc� with <br />Seci-ion 12.030 of the Zaning Ordinance (Special Use Hearing PrQCess). <br />Development plans sha11 include the following: <br />1. �egal description and size in acres af fihe proposed mobile I�ome <br />court, <br />2. Location and size of all mobile hame sites, storage areas, recreation <br />areas and facilities, landscaping, existing tree growth, water areas, <br />roadways, and parking siies. <br />3. Defailed iandscaping plans and specifications. <br />4. Location and width of sidewal[cs. <br />5. Plarts for sanitary sewage disposal, s�rface drainage, water systems, <br />electricq� Se�-vice, and gcts service. <br />6. Location and size of atl streets abutting the mabite home court and <br />all driveways from such streefs �o fihe mobile home court. <br />
