Approving the SCORE Funding Recycling Grant <br />Agreement with Ramsey County <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approving the SCORE <br />Funding Recycling Grant Agreement with Ramsey County <br />and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute the <br />agreement; allowing reimbursement of the City in the <br />amount of $65,266.00 in expenses associated with the <br />Roseville recycling program. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C. Approving the Minutes from the January 5, 2004 <br />regular City Council meeting <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approval of the January <br />5, 2004 regular Council meeting minutes as amended with <br />Councilmember Schroeder's two suggestions. <br /> <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 Victoria Street N <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn spoke to the minutes, affirming <br />Councilmember Schroeder's two suggestions.
