Ray Kroiss request for prelzminary plat and rezoning from R-3A to R-1 and I-I at <br />303Q North Cleveland Avenue. At the present time Mr. K�oiss does not have a specific <br />proposal far the'.industxial property. <br />2. Kenneth Reinhardt request for division of a lot at 9I3 Sherren. <br />3. Shafer Contracting request £ox special use permit at 644 thru b56 County Road C. <br />Shafer Contracting is requesting the special use permit to excava�e gravel from the <br />rear of the property owned by Edith M. Salverda, John and Mary Salverda and .3ohn <br />and L,inda Ann Borgstxom. A similar request was denied by Council April 8, 1974. <br />4. Jim Michels request for preliminary p1at. Mr. Micheis is requesting a preliminary pla� <br />on land which is located south of Roselawn between Hamline and Fernwood at the end o� <br />Huron, Dellwood and Mexrill Avenue. The streets and utiliti.es necessary for the <br />proposed lot is to be constxucted this year under city contxacts. <br />5. Kenneth Reinhardt request fox xezoning at 640 County Road B-2. Mr. Reinhaxdt is <br />requesting rezoning from R-1 ta R-3A for that property which is located ar the south- <br />west corner of County Road B-2 and Da1e Street. Mr. Reinhardt has modified the <br />landscaping plan to provide more screening fox the residents ta the noxth. A similar <br />rezoning request was denied by Council on September 30, I974. <br />6. Ban--Con, Inc. request for variance to the density rea�uirements of the Ci�y zoning code <br />at 2335 and 2345 Woodhridge. When $an-Con platted I-Iillsborough #3 with the rezoning <br />from R-6 to R-1, ihey dedi�ta�ed the pond which had been incorporated in the Iiillsborough <br />Apartrnent complex to the City £ox paxk purposes. In doing that, they have reduced the <br />lot area as required by the City Code for the Hillsborough Apaxtmen� complex so it i.s <br />now in conflict wzth the code. The variance request would corxect this con£lict. <br />7. Robert Blomberg request for vacation of right-of-way. Mr. Blomberg is requesting the <br />vacation of Pascal f�om Commerce to the so�therly right-of-way line of TH 36. <br />S. Mr. Curt Kehr's request for division of a lo't and rezoning at 972 Woodhill. Mr. Kehr <br />is requesting that a lot located directly to the west of the school which is Iocated <br />at Woodhill and Victoxia, be split and rezoned to R-2. <br />Both Mr. Blomberg and Mr. Kehr have requested that the Council make simultaneous <br />publication of the legal notices for Planning Commission and Council hearings. <br />Should the Council wish to, hearing dates for the two matters should be set for <br />June 9, 1975. <br />Council Action Requested: Refer tihe above matters to the Planning Commission. <br />
