Mr. Schwartz also identified the funding sources <br />and estimated construction costs for the specific projects, for a <br />projected estimated cost of $1,005,000. Mr. Schwartz reviewed <br />those projects that were recommended for deferral to 2005 or <br />later construction seasons in an effort to implement smaller <br />projects into a more comprehensive project to reduce costs. <br /> <br />Hear a Report <br />about 2004 Public <br />Works Projects <br />
