Add (mechanical) 38,174.00 <br />Olympic Drywall Add (misc. framing) 44,141,00 <br />WDSI Deduct (accessories) 1,200.00 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />3.6 <br /> <br />(Removed from Consent Agenda) Second Reading and <br />Enactment of an Ordinance Amending Title 10, <br />Section 1014, Subsection 1014.04 Pertaining to the <br />Board of Adjustment and Appeals (PF 3538) <br />Councilmember Schroeder questioned the next few items <br />addressed on the staff report, and ability to comment on <br />Consent items. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing opined his understanding was that the <br />Consent motion would be to approve, and otherwise would <br />be removed from Consent. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing noted that this method of approvals <br />appeared more cumbersome. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets noted that a Public Hearing before the <br />Planning Commission on each of the following ordinances <br />had been held, with discussion held at a subsequent Study <br />Session at which public comment was also received.
