Mayor Klausing thanked Mr. Hauer-Lowe for his comments. Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10212 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Variance to Section 1004.01A7 (Location) and a Three Foot Variance to Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions - Side Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code for 2940 Old Highway 8 (PF 3649)." Roll Call Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. Nays: None. 7. Consider Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat, Rezoning and General Concept Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Meadow View Homes to Allow the Redevelopment of 2550 Hamline Avenue N (PF 3546) Mayor Klausing announced that the applicant had requested that this item be continued until June 17, 2004. City Manager Beets noted that the item would be presented to the Planning Commission in late April or early May, and publicized for those interested in attending that Public Hearing. Maschka moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10213 entitled, "A Resolution Extending the 60- Day Review Period Regarding a Request by Meadow View Homes, 2550 Hamline Avenue, for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat, Rezoning and General Concept Planned Unit Development, to allow the Redevelopment of 2550 Hamline Avenue (PF 3546)."
