Adopt the resolution, allowing .furt"Yatl" Rottiund exclusive developer and <br />negotiation period. <br /> <br />a. What financial gap strategies will be used? <br /> <br />b. Decide on or set date for decision on gap strategies meeting (July 19th Study <br />meeting), after completion of stakeholders study and Springsted study <br /> <br />2. No support for resolution <br /> <br />a. Conclude or continue stakeholders process <br /> <br />b. Change purpose of stakeholders to have DSU - thru contract amendment - provide <br />implementation plan based on the plan. <br /> <br />c. Declare moratorium on site, complete a rezoning study, adopt B-6 zoning and allow <br />the market to redevelop without city assistance. <br /> <br />3. Do Nothing or 2 - 2 vote. <br /> <br />All wheels fall off the wagon. No rezoning. Re-Ieasing starts. More trucks possible. <br />Conclude or continue stakeholders meetings. <br /> <br />Let market determine next steps. <br /> <br />Receive individual proposals from property owners. <br /> <br />4. RFP for another Master Developer <br /> <br />(City has no funds to acquire property) Could be same process as current, with <br />stakeholders to resume after new developer is chosen. <br />
