John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn thanked staff for their corrections to <br />grammatical and spelling errors on the agenda cover. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn spoke of the DFL Caucuses; <br />Councilmember membership and attendance <br />Caucuses; and their alleged misrepresentation <br />positions to Roseville citizens. <br /> <br />apparent <br />at the <br />of their <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan called a Point of Order to the Chair. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing requested that Mr. Kysylyczyn keep his <br />comments related to City issues. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn concluded by asking Councilmembers to <br />admit their involvement in political parties; to not <br />misrepresent themselves to the public; and to use their <br />positions to foster respect and honesty. <br /> <br />Cable Commission Scholarships <br />Councilmember Schroeder announced the scholarship <br />availability for Roseville residents from C- TV for pursuit of <br />a degree in communications or television; encouraged <br />residents to apply; and to contact C- TV or the Cable <br />Commission for eligibility requirements and applications. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve Minutes <br />2.a.
