<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Monday, July 18,2005 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council <br />to order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers on the above <br />date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order for July) <br />Councilmembers Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on tonight's <br />Agenda. There were no changes. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />A. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn distributed a Bench Handout to <br />Councilmember entitled, "Ramsey Travel Policy will be <br />Created after State Auditor's Opinion." Mr. Kysylyczyn <br />noted the State Auditor's Opinion regarding the legality of <br />expending public fund appropriations to Sister City <br />Programs. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn further noted that the 2006 proposed <br />budget was not on the internet yet for public access. <br />
