<br />City of <br /> <br />~tl~ <br /> <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes <br />Monday, July 11,2005 <br /> <br />Call Roll Call Roll <br />Acting Mayor Maschka called to order the Roseville City <br />Council regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Acting Mayor <br />Maschka. Mayor Klausing had previously advised he would be <br />unable to attend tonight's meeting due to a scheduling conflict. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Acting Mayor Maschka called for any comments or discussion <br />on tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda <br />Item 3.a entitled, "Approve Check Register," for discussion. <br />There were no other amendments to tonight's agenda. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Acting Mayor Maschka called for public comment by members <br />of the audience on any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />A. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided two Bench Handouts for <br />Councilmembers. One was entitled, "2003/2004 Average <br />Home Sale Prices;" and the other entitled, "House File <br />1481, State Government Finance Bill, Chapter 156, signed <br />by the Governor on 6/3/2005," related to out-of-state travel <br />for elected officials. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn encouraged staff to provide additional <br />
