<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 07/11/05 <br />Minutes - Page 2 <br /> <br />information to the City Council and the public related to <br />additional fees above taxes paid by citizens in Roseville. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn encouraged Councilmembers to reinstate a <br />travel policy for the City of Roseville to ensure their <br />compliance with state statute. Mr. Kysylyczyn also <br />requested that the City Council publish in the City's <br />newsletter, the salaries of the three highest paid employees <br />of the City, including other amenities such as car <br />allowance, "free lunches," and Rotary Club membership. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Maschka directed City Manager Beets to <br />include discussion and review of recent state legislation at <br />an upcoming Council Study Session to ensure the City's <br />compliance. <br /> <br />B. Gale Pederson, 929 W Roselawn <br />Ms. Pederson thanked the City's Parks and Recreation <br />Department for their outstanding participation during the <br />recent RoseFest activities. Ms. Pederson noted the <br />phenomenal turnout, community and sponsor involvement; <br />and the superb job in cleaning up Central Park following <br />the fireworks display. Ms. Pederson further thanked the <br />Roseville Visitor's Association (RV A) and Anchor Bank <br />for sponsoring the fireworks display. Ms. Pederson opined <br />that the entire experience was pleasurable; thanked <br />Councilmembers and staff. <br /> <br />3.
