Representatives of fihe neighbor},00d were at the hearir�g ar�d expressed �onsiderrable <br />concern about t�e fuirure �s� of ihe remaining land to �he west (See October �, 1474 <br />P�a�ning Report). Th� neighbors appeared not 3-0 objecf greatly to fi�e developrnent <br />of the Cauni-�-y Kitchen site,�rovicfing appropriate hand�ing of the trash area, <br />and r�quired screening con�iguous to the resideni-ia1 proper�ies.-�- <br />3. Based on i�his inpui, t�e opplicant agresd to �le far r�zoning for t}�s "B-1" <br />pro�2rty to "R-6" �in�luding fihe °R-1" zone between t�e "B-1" area and <br />the proposed Country Kitchen site). This application to rezoning to "B-6" has <br />been submitted and is the subject af the follawing report. The applicants afsa <br />agreed to secvre additional contour surveys o'F tf�e grades for the property in qvestion <br />and the rerr�aining lana to the west so as to a�pro�riately red�sign 3-he site to solve <br />the gracling and access problerrss. <br />4. Since that time merri4�ers of the si-aff �ave rr�et on several occasions with representatives <br />of the "Country Kitchen" organization.
