RuZe 10. Ordinances <br />(1) It shall be the duty of the Gity Attorney to <br />prepaxe all ordinances on request of any councilman. <br />(2) No ordinance shall be introduced until it has been <br />approved as to form by �he City Attoxney. <br />(3) No ordinance shall be read before the Council <br />unless the same be inrroduced �y and bear the name <br />of some �ember of the council. <br />(4) Tl�ere shall be a delay of at least one week between <br />the inztial presenta�ion and final vote of an <br />ordinance if requested by a council memher. <br />Rule 11. Rules of Order. The rules o£ parliamentary practice e�braced <br />in Roberts Rules of Or..der sha11 govern the council procedure <br />in cases to which they are applicable and to which they are not <br />inconsistent with the Standing Ru1es of Order and business of <br />the Council. <br />Rule 12. <br />Rule 13. <br />Suspension of Rules. No rule of the council shall be susp-ended <br />without the concurxence of a� least £our (4) members of the <br />Councii. <br />Ord�r of Business. Seating of Councilmen.
