The regu]'a'tory pravisions and definitions ofi <br />Minnesota atutes . t rau� gi� and inclucling 84.88, as amended by Laws of Minnesota <br />f '�69, Gt+d�t��^ 595, are hereby adopted as an ordinarlce regulating the use of snowmobil.es <br />in the Village, and are hereby incor�orated in�and made a part of �his Code. � <br />90.020. Res�ricted Areas. No person shall operate a sn.owmabile on any of the following <br />pla�es: � <br />On Village streets, except a ct�ossing of a VilTage street may be made if tlie fol3owinq <br />are complied with: <br />(a) The crossing is made at an angle of approximately 90 deqrees to the directior� <br />of the highway and at a plac� wti'ere.no-obstr�ction prevents a quick and saf� <br />cross�ng; and <br />(b) The snowmobile is braught ta a complete stop 6efore crossing the shoulder or <br />main traveled way of the hiqhway; and <br />(c} The driver yields the right of way to all onc�ming traffic which constitutes <br />a�n immediate hazard; and <br />(d) In crossing a divided highway, the crossing.is m�de only at an intersection. <br />of sucfi� hig�way with another public street ar highway; and <br />(�} If the crossing is made between the hours of one-half hour after sunset to <br />one half fiour before sunrise or in conditi�ons of reduced vfsibility, onl.y if <br />both fran� and rear lights are on. <br />� <br />� f1n'-a pub�ic sidewalk provided for pedestrian travel. <br />� <br />(�3 On boulevards within any public right bf way. <br />� 4.
