The areas <br />he discusses include analysis, advice, written product, timeliness of response, attitude, presence, <br />relationship with staff and Council, and intergovernmental relations. <br />The City Manager has found that the City Attorney's office has performed their services in a <br />satisfactory manner, and that previous references to establishing themselves and earning the <br />confidence of city staff have been accomplished. The other previous reference to adequate <br />notification on legal opinion has also been addressed. <br />Virtually all contacts expressed positive working relations with the firm and attorneys, and <br />expressed appreciation for aspects of the work performed. <br />In conducting the evaluation of the Prosecuting Attorney performance, the City Manager relied <br />upon feedback from the Police Department and Community Development. The Prosecuting <br />Attorney's office received excellent marks and comments. They are responsive to staff, and <br />communicate clearly and effectively.
