Further discussion ensued regarding whether to provide public notice regarding the Planning Commission consideration of the request; with consensus of the City Council that additional public notice would not be required and was not intended as part of the motion. 4.d Approve Dennis Guptil's Final PUD, 185 McCarrons Boulevard (PF 3575) (former Consent Item 3.h) At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly reviewed this request. Ihlan moved to postpone consideration of this request to a future meeting; opining she had several items for discussion that she could submit to staff in writing, related to a senior housing condominium complex; no site line plan; parking issues; and the Park Dedication fee; for all of which she would like additional information prior to voting on the matter. City Planner Paschke advised that, since preparation of the Staff Report, most of the items had been resolved: payment in lieu ofthe park dedication fee approved by the Parks and Recreation Commission at $1,000 per unit; parking lot lighting; the common practice for the proposal not to have a photometric plan at this time, but required to meet City code. Councilmember Ihlan provided additional detail to her objections for approval at this time of the request, without further information being provided, noting the sufficient time frame available for consideration and action.
