REVIEWED/ RECQMMENDS : <br />DaZe and Lave11 <br />��� � �� <br />This is a hearing to consider the proposed purchase by the City of Roseville <br />of the 5outhwes� corner of Dale Stree� and Love11 Avenue running approximately <br />325 feet westerly on Lavell ana 160 feet southerly on Dale Street for the <br />construction of a fire s�ation. <br />Attached. is a planning report, da.ted April 3, 1974, which sturunarizes the consxder- <br />ation given to other alterx�ative locations. The report also provides an analys�:s <br />or discussion on the site (Dale � Lovell} presently being considered. <br />Mr. Dahlgren will make a brief review of the alternative locations discussed to <br />date, and then proceed with a detailed presentation o� the Dale and Lovell site. <br />Alternative Actions: <br />1. To reject the proposed site (Dale � Lavell) and order <br />other location studies. <br />2. To approve the proposed site and to proceed with the <br />purchase of the proper�y. <br />3. To take the question tmder advisement tu�til some future <br />date. <br />
