HEAD APPROVAL. <br />REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS : <br />This is a continued hearing from March 25, 1974 for preliminary plat approval <br />and rezoning from R-1 to R-2 at 605 Cotmty Road. B-2. <br />The Planning Co�unissian at its regular meeting of November 7, i973, reco�nended <br />approval o� the above request, but �hat �he CoLmcil not take f�nal a�tion �ti� <br />such time as a decision has been made on the sitie �ocation for the proposed <br />Fire Station #�3. <br />Attached is a map indicating the locatxon af the property in question. <br />A hearing has also been scheduled for this meetxng to consider the southwest <br />corner of Da1e and Lovell as a site for Fire Station No. 3. If the Coimcil <br />does not make a decision on the iire s�ation site it may wish to continue this <br />hearing again to a date certain. <br />If the Cotmcil decides �o approve the request the following action is suggested: <br />�. Motion approving the pxeliminary plat axid the rezoning. The ordinance <br />effecting the rezoning could then be considered �ollowing the public <br />hearing on �he final plat. <br />2. Set a public hearing on the final plat for 3tme 10, 1974. <br />
