The hard shells have been <br />completed and have rece�ved the a�pproval of the Public Works Directar. <br />The Coimcil has previously approved Mr. CoverdaZe�s ret{uest for pre- <br />liminary p1at, rezoning from R-1 to R-4 and R-b, special use permit <br />and vacation of right-of-way. <br />The fo2lowing cotmcil actions are recormrr�nded: <br />1. Motion approving the �ina1 p1at. <br />2. Motion approvi.ng the resolution vacating a portion of two public <br />right-of-ways. <br />3. Motion approving the orclinance providing far the rezoning of the <br />pzroperty. <br />
