The Roseville Vil[ag� Councif has requested the Pfanning Commission <br />to conduct a hearing regarding the locatior� for a i-hird fire station <br />in the Vi I f age of Rosevi i le crs per tl�e fol fowing memo: <br />"June 5, 1973 <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJ ECT: <br />Bob Pope <br />Steve North <br />Bvrke� Rayrnond <br />Fire Station Site Selection <br />At its regular meeting of .�une 4, fihe Roseville Village Counci{ <br />referred to the P[anning Commission the May 31st report of the <br />Roseville Volunteer Fire Department regarding fire station site <br />selection. <br />The Council is asking thafi the Pfanning Commissian esfablish for <br />their July meei-ing a hearing on the first recommended location; <br />i.e., County R.oad B and Western, so that the nesghbors in the area <br />may give their opinion regarding a proposed fire station in thaf area." <br />2. The Cou�icii's action was in response to a ket-ter from Floyd F. Le Cuyer Sr., <br />Fire Chief, recomrr�ending i-he Counfy Roacf B and Western sit'e as the best <br />of three that were considered by a committee from the Fire Department. <br />A copy of fihe Fire Chief's letter to fihe Council and the recommendation <br />of the committee is attached to this report. <br />
