<br />The City CoLmcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Hess.
<br />A-1 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of Apri� 29, 1974, be approved, Rall Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and L�nebarger. Nays: None.
<br />B-i Brennau� Moved, Hess Seconded, that ihe staff proc�ed with the
<br />purchase of p�c�operty at the southwest corner of Lovell and
<br />Dale far Fire Station Na. 3, Ro�l Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />B-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Secflnded, that the final plat of
<br />Richard Coverdale "Worthdale Addition" be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos� Hess and Linebarger. Nays :
<br />None.
<br />Gurley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 730
<br />rezoning property at appxoximately 1b�0 Dellwood Avenue from
<br />I-1 to R-4 and R-6 be adopted. RoII Ca11, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />G�xley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, tha� Resolution No. 6101
<br />vacating a portion of two public streets, Dellwood Avenue and
<br />Ione Street, be adopted. I� 11 Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess an.d Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />B-3 Brennan Moved, Demos Secon.ded, that Gordon Davis' preliminary
<br />plat "Davis Addition" be approved subject to dedication of
<br />�0 feet of right-of-way on Dale Street and IO feet of right-
<br />of-way on County Road B-2, and that the rezoning from R-1 to
<br />R-2 at 605 Cotuity Road B-2 be approved, and that a public hearing
<br />be established on the final plat for J�e 10, 1974. Ro11 Ca1I,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />B-4 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request by James Kroiss
<br />far relocation of a d.welling at I12I Shxyer Avenue be wxthdrawn
<br />as requested in his letter of April 22, 1974. Ro�l Call, Ayes:
