<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Monday, September 19, 2005 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council <br />to order at 6:00 p.rn. in the City Hall Council Chambers on the above <br />date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) <br />Councilmembers Maschka; Schroeder; Ihlan; Kough; and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on tonight's <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested an additional discussion item <br />related to Eminent Domain. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing amended the Agenda to add this as Item l.b, entitled, <br />"Eminent Domain Update." There were no other changes to the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Receive Public Comment about City Issues <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />A. Daniel Commers, Owner of Roseville Properties <br />Mr. Commers provided the Council with an update on his <br />company's latest development project, an office/warehouse <br />at 1975 Oakcrest; and updates to other properties owned by <br />his firm. Mr. Commers noted that, in over 25 years of <br />property development, with over 800,000 square feet of <br /> <br />Receive Public <br />Comment about <br />City Issues <br />
